David Ross is coauthor of the leading textbook in industrial organization and specializes in public policies toward imperfectly competitive industries and the impact of technological change on economic performance. During his last sabbatical, he served as a staff economist with the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice. An applied econometrician, he has studied the determinants and consequences of educational attainment in developing countries. |
