Off Campus Event/ Trip Policy

All off-campus events/ trips (i.e., KOP mall, NYC, theater shows, etc.) are open to Bryn Mawr students only. Non Bryn Mawr students and non-students can sign-up for trips if space is available 2 days prior to the trip date. Refunds for cancellations are given up to 1 week prior to the event. Refunds will not be give if the cancellation is made less than 1 week prior to the event.

Film screenings are free for all members of the Bryn Mawr community. Public Performance license for all films purchased through Criterion Pictures USA or Swank Motion Pictures, Inc.
