| Use of the PlayStation is free for BMC students and registered student organizations. Students must reserve the system using the form below. |

| If the system is returned incomplete, broken or not returned you or your organization will be charged to fix or replace the system and its components. |

| Available Games |
| Students and registered organizations can reserve the following games with the PlayStation: Dance Dance Revolution (DDR) and Guitar Hero. |

| The DDR system includes two DDR mats, several games, and 2 controllers. |
| |
| The Guitar Hero system includes two wireless guitars, two wireless connectors, several games and a dedicated guitar hero memory card. |

| Availability |
| The PlayStation is available on a first come first serve basis by availability. You will be notified within 72 hours if your request will be fulfilled. |
| |
| Requests must be received one week prior to the requested date. |
| |
Weekday use
Karaoke machine must be picked up by 4pm on the day of requested use and must be returned by noon the following day. |
| |
Weekend use
Karaoke machine must be picked up by 4pm on Friday and returned by noon on Monday. Only one reservation will be allotted per weekend. |
