Janet Kole '68

Now she has been appointed co-chair of the American Bar Association’s Litigation Committee of the Section of Litigation. Kole is the president of The Law Offices of Janet S. Kole, P.C., with offices in Philadelphia and Collingswood, NJ. It’s a boutique law firm concentrating its practice in environmental litigation and brownfields development.

Kole is co-editor of Environ-mental Litigation, published in 1992 by the American Bar Association. She is also a fellow of the American Bar Foundation and of the Academy of Advocacy. In February 1997, she was one of six appellate advocates nationwide chosen to participate in a national appellate environmental moot court in Park City, UT. Janet is “thrilled at life as an environmental attorney, boss and mom.”
