Cori Ashworth is a career counselor, coach and management consultant, and the founder of Career Continuum located in Amherst, MA; she has more than 20 years of experience guiding clients to strategically develop and build their careers. Having worked with Right Management Associates, as an H.R. manager in high tech, and as the Director of Alumnae Career Services for Mount Holyoke College, she has the breadth and depth to work with the full range of clientele.
Cori's education includes master's degrees in Education (College of William and Mary) and Counseling (University of Massachusetts, Amherst), with advanced training in Counseling. In addition, she is qualified in the use of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator in careers, team and communications applications; she is also a certified coach who utilizes Positive Psychology principles in her work.
Active in her field, Cori holds memberships in the Career Resource Managers Association and Alumnae Career Resources Network; presented at the American Association of College and Universities in May 2009; published an article in the May 2010 NACE Journal; included in the Boston Globe Special Career Publication October 2010; and presented at the Career Resource Managers Association conference this past June. In addition, she currently writes an Enewsletter monthly career column for the Anita Borg Institute, an organization dedicated to promoting women in the technology fields.

John Tuton has over 30 years experience as an organizational psychologist, executive coach and career consultant. Since 2001, he has managed an independent practice based in Philadelphia, PA., providing a comprehensive range of services in the areas of executive assessment, performance management, career coaching and individual and team development programs and workshops. His clients include Fortune 50 organizations from the manufacturing and service industry sectors, as well as large and small non-profits. A licensed psychologist in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, John currently serves on the Advisory Board of Consulting Psychologists Press, the publisher of the MBTI, Strong Interest Inventory and other career-focused assessment instruments.
John is a life-long native of Philadelphia. He received his bachelor’s degree in English and Anthropology from Temple University in 1971 and taught at Germantown Friends School before attending Bryn Mawr College, where he earned his doctorate in Human Development in 1982. After graduating from Bryn Mawr, Dr. Tuton began his consulting career at the University of Pennsylvania’s Center for the Study of Adult Development (CSAD), where he created and directed employee assistance programs in the public and private sectors. When CSAD became Integra, Inc. in 1984, he was promoted to Director of Assessment Programs. Dr. Tuton left Integra in 1986 to join Manchester Inc. as a vice president in their Management Development division, and after a four-year tenure there, became the principal of his own consulting firm. In 1994 he merged his practice with RHR International, where his services included management assessment, executive coaching and organizational design and development.
Dr. Tuton has many outside interests. He is actively involved in his church, where he is currently an intercessor and choir member, and he has also served on the Episcopal Diocese of Pennsylvania’s Commission on Ministry, The Cathedral Chapter and the Ecclesiastical Court. John has been a performing musician for many years, and has recently pursued an interest in furniture-making, which he constructs from driftwood, stone and other natural materials. He has exhibited his work in juried craft shows and galleries in Philadelphia and New England, and has been a board member of The Center for Furniture Craftsmanship in Rockport, Maine and The Furniture Society in Asheville, North Carolina.
