Registration will be held during the hours outlined below. Check-in time for your room at the Spring Hill Suites Philadelphia Plymouth Meeting is 3:00 p.m. You may call ahead to the Spring Hill Suites to request an early check-in.

HOUSING
All Alumnae Volunteer Summit participants requiring accommodations will be housed at the Spring Hill Suites Philadelphia Plymouth Meeting. Regular check-in time is 3:00 p.m. but you may contact the hotel directly to arrange an early arrival time.

Driving Directions
from Philadelphia International Airport to Spring Hill Suites Philadelphia Plymouth Meeting:
Take I-95 south to I-476 north to the GERMANTOWN PIKE-WEST exit, EXIT 20, toward I-276 W/PENNA TURNPIKE WEST; take a SLIGHT RIGHT onto W GERMANTOWN PIKE; Turn LEFT onto PLYMOUTH RD.
From Philadelphia to Spring Hill Suites Philadelphia Plymouth Meeting:
Take I-76 West toward VALLEY FORGE; Merge onto I-476 North via EXIT 331B toward PLYMOUTH MTG; take the GERMANTOWN PIKE-WEST exit, EXIT 20, toward I-276 W/PENNA TURNPIKE WEST; take a SLIGHT RIGHT onto W GERMANTOWN PIKE; Turn LEFT onto PLYMOUTH RD.
From PA Turnpike to Spring Hill Suites Philadelphia Plymouth Meeting:
Take exit 326 (Valley Forge). Then take to I-476 north to the GERMANTOWN PIKE-WEST exit, EXIT 20, toward I-276 W/PENNA TURNPIKE WEST; take a SLIGHT RIGHT onto W GERMANTOWN PIKE; Turn LEFT onto PLYMOUTH RD.
Directions from Bryn Mawr College to Spring Hill Suites Philadelphia Plymouth Meeting:
Upon leaving the College, make a right onto Montgomery Avenue; make a right at traffic light onto Spring Mill Road. Continue on Spring Mill Road until second traffic light; make a left onto Conshohocken State Road. Continue down the hill until you see signs for 476. Merge onto I-476 North toward PLYMOUTH MEETING; take the GERMANTOWN PIKE-WEST exit, EXIT 20, toward I-276 W/PENNA TURNPIKE WEST; take a SLIGHT RIGHT onto W GERMANTOWN PIKE; Turn LEFT onto PLYMOUTH RD.
TRANSPORTATION
All training sessions and activities will take place on the campus of Bryn Mawr College. Transportation between the College and the Spring Hill Suites Philadelphia Plymouth Meeting will be provided for you by the College. Should you require transportation outside of these set times, we have provided you with information on local taxi services.
Transportation from the Spring Hill Suites to the College:

If you are arriving on Friday, September 16, we encourage you to go directly to the Spring Hill Suites. There is no transportation between the College and the hotel on Friday.
AIRPORT SHUTTLE
If you are arriving to Philadelphia by air, the Spring Hill Suites Philadelphia Plymouth Meeting provides a shuttle service through Tropiano from the airport directly to the hotel. YOU MUST MAKE A RESERVATION. The toll free number is 1-800-559-2040. At the airport, once you have your bags, proceed to Ground Transportation and dial #19 to let them know you have arrived. The cost of this shuttle is $29 CASH ONLY and reservations MUST be made at least one day in advance.
