Lillian Amadio is in her tenth year as the office and business manager for the Bryn Mawr Department of Athletics and Physical Education. She has worked at Bryn Mawr since 1991, but began her current post within the athletic department in 1998.

Among her many duties, Amadio is responsible for department accounts receivable and accounts payable and processes all invoices. She supervises the student work study program and also tracks budgets for the department and individual coaches.

As the physical education registrar, Amadio maintains physical education information in the Bryn Mawr academic catalog and online course guide, and also coordinates physical education courses, registration and grades with Haverford College.

In addition to her other responsibilities, Amadio processes contest contracts for all of Bryn Mawr's athletic teams, coordinates the teams' travel and meals, and reviews travel expenses for processing.

Amadio, an avid sculler, skier and golfer, lives in Springfield with her husband, Alexander. She has two sons, Christopher (32) and Michael (28).
