Bryn Mawr, Pa. – Senior attack, Greta Flaherty , of the lacrosse team, has been named Owl of the Week for the week ending April 27. This is the third time this spring she has earned this honor.
Playing in her final collegiate game against Immaculata, Flaherty posted six goals and four assists to lead the Owls over the Mighty Macs 13-3. In addition to her goals and assists, she won three draws and caused one turnover.
Flaherty ends her career with 147 groundballs, 131 goals, 95 draw controls, 77 caused turnovers, and 33 assists. She is third all-time with goals, fourth in assists, and sixth in caused turnovers.
Flaherty , a Cumberland, Maine, native is a graduate of Waynflete High School. She is a biology major and the daughter of Susan and Richard Flaherty. She will graduate in May.
