The Bryn Mawr College Fit Club will encourage employees to strive for higher fitness and improved overall health through nutrition and fitness education. Our purpose is to promote wellness and a healthy lifestyle all while supporting a balanced community for our faculty and staff.

Badminton:
Join a group of enthusiastic players for a friendly match! Schwartz Gym

Basketball:
Jump into this fast‐paced game for some fun. Schwartz Gym

Deep Water Fitness:
Challenge yourself in the deep well of the pool working with buoyancy belts/ resistance gear and weighted medicine balls!

Master Swimming:
Stroke Technique refining and conditioning in a versatile class for all skill levels. *Fee $5/class or $ 40/month. See Nikki Whitlock‐ nwhitlock@brynmawr.edu

Middle Management:
Target your abs and core using fun equipment such as Physio and medicine balls and Pilates techniques. Fitness Center

Pilates:
Open for all fitness levels with Erin. Tuesday: Cambrian Row 215-217 Thursday: Fitness Center

Power Vinyasa Flow Yoga:
This yoga is for everyone, regardless of experience, athleticism or age. It is not gentle yoga, but a vigorous practice which invites you to use your body, your breath, your intuition and judgment to create your own experience. Beyond developing strength, balance and flexibility, the practice is intended to challenge you to connect more completely with yourself. Gymnasium

Yoga:
Treat yourself to a relaxing hour of stretching, strengthening and meditation with Cindy in Cambrian Row 215‐217. Beginners to advanced welcome!

Weight Training:
Interested in learning about proper technique for weight lifting? Need to learn how to use different machines or equipment? Email Ray Tharan @ Rtharan@brynmawr.edu for a personal tour and workout plan!
