Meditative/Balanced Hatha with Lia: 
Through a focus on the breath, this practice is a balanced flow between poses that relieve stress, purify and energize your body, mind and spirit in the middle of your week. Open to all levels, this class is grounded in the meditative benefits of traditional hatha yoga. 217‐219 Cambrian Row room 101

Indoor Cycling:
Indoor cycling classes provide an exciting and challenging cardiovascular workout for participants of all fitness levels. Performed on a specifically designed stationary bicycle, each participant has the ability to control his or her level of resistance, speed and power during this instructor-led class.

Using a combination of interval training, athletic conditioning and visualization techniques (along with totally motivation music!), the cycling instructor guides students through varying paces, positions and intensities on the bike to maximize caloric output. Multi-purpose room

Master Swimming:                   
Stroke Technique refining and conditioning in a versatile class for all skill levels.

Middle management:
Take 30 mins for an intense core/abdominal workout using your entire body! Multi-purpose room

Total Body Bounce:
This total body weight conditioning class will help you tone and firm.  Most exercises will involve free weights and the use of a stability ball.  You will be moving and grooving the entire time, no experience necessary. Focus of this class will be on form, balance, strength and core/low back.

Yoga with Jules/Lauren:
This yoga is for everyone, regardless of experience, athleticism or age.  It is not gentle yoga, but a vigorous practice which invites you to use your body, your breath, your intuition and judgment to create your own experience.  Beyond developing strength, balance and flexibility, the practice is intended to challenge you to connect more completely with yourself. Zumba®: 
Zumba® is Latin dance & fitness aerobics all in one. The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves with lively, fun music. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got a Zumba® class! Get ready to "Join the Party™"!  No experience needed!!! Multi-purpose room
