Danya Pilgrim took over the Bryn Mawr Field Hockey program in the Fall of 2002 after four years as head field hockey coach at the State University of New York at Oswego.
Pilgrim was the assistant coach at Wittenberg University in 1997 and helped that program to a record-breaking season that culminated in an appearance at the NCAA Tournament. Prior to that she was an assistant coach at Rider University.
A three-year letterwinner at Wake Forest University, one of the top Division I field hockey programs in the nation, Pilgrim was the leading scorer her senior season and was also named to the ACC Honor Roll. She has a master's degree in communications from Wheaton College (IL).

Marissa Yosen
Marissa Yosen enters her first year as the assistant coach for the Bryn Mawr College Field Hockey Program. Yosen, a former four-year defensive starter and team captain in 2006 at Farleigh Dickinson University, brings a wealth of playing and coaching experience to the Owls sidelines this season. A scholar-athlete, Yosen graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2007, named to the National Field Hockey Coaches Association and Middle Atlantic Conference All-Academic Team from 2003-2006. During her tenure at FDU, Yosen was the recipient of the Colonel S. Dickinson Academic Scholarship in addition to being the Vice President of the Eta Sigma Delta Hospitality Society.
Yosen has worked at Shyhawk's Sports Camps and Competitors Edge Overnight Field Hockey Camp.
