Collegeville, Pa. – Caitlin Evans posted 30 saves against #1 Ursinus as the Bears topped the Owls 13-0 in Centennial Conference action Tuesday afternoon.
Ursinus scored eight goals in the first half and added five in the second. The Bears were led by Megan Yoder, Lindsay Cappa, and Kristen Amoroso who scored three goals apiece.
In addition to Evans 30 saves, Caroline Heffernan made a defensive save.
Bryn Mawr falls to 2-5 (0-3 CC) while Ursinus improves to 6-1 overall and 3-0 in conference play. The Owls return to action on Saturday, September 29, as they host Franklin and Marshall at 1:00 p.m.
