The Owls braved the rain and cold this evening for a Centennial Conference match-up but were unable to trump the Washington Shorewomen. Sophomore goalkeeper Caitlin Evans posted eleven saves in the 0-7 loss. Freshman Rachel Brody also tallied a defensive save for the Owls. The defeat drops Bryn Mawr to 2-11 and 0-9 in the conference, while Washington improves to 6-10 and 2-7 in the conference.
Bryn Mawr will close their season with a doubleheader this weekend. The Owls face St. Vincent at home on Saturday, followed by their final game on the road at Johns Hopkins on Sunday. The games start at 2:00 PM and 1:00 PM, respectively. |
