Bryn Mawr, Pa. – Junior Collette Pullion posted 7 saves as Grinnell toppled the Owls 5-0 in non-conference action Sunday afternoon on Applebee Field.
Grinnell scored 4 goals in the first-half before adding their fifth in the second half en route to the victory.
Akua Nyame-Mensah and Laura Costanzo each registered shots in the loss. Senior co-captain Sarah Simons posted 3 saves in the second-half for the Owls.
Grinnell outshot Bryn Mawr 23-2 while holding a 7-0 edge in corner kicks.
The Owls fall to 2-2 on the season and will host Philadelphia Biblical Thursday, September 13. Game time is set for 4:00 p.m. on Applebee Field.
