SOCCER EARNS NSCAA ACADEMIC AWARD Kansas City, Ky. – The Bryn Mawr soccer team recently picked up National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) College Team Academic Award accolades for the 2006-07 academic school year. Bryn Mawr was one of 295 women's soccer programs across the country in all three divisions of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) as well as the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA). The Owls were also one of four Centennial Conference schools to receive this honor. To be considered for this award, the institution must be a NSCAA member and have a cumulative grade point average (g.p.a.) of 3.0 or higher for both the fall and spring terms.
