Media Policies
Phone Interviews
All interviews with Bryn Mawr athletes and coaches should be arranged through the Assistant Athletic Director for Sports Information, Jacob Mullins. It is preferred that members of the media wishing to conduct phone interviews supply a number for the student-athlete to contact the reporter.

Post-game Interviews
On-site post-game interviews can be conducted after a brief period for coaches and athletes to cool down.

Statistics/Services
Programs, game notes and cumulative statistics will be distributed before each game. Complete statistical books will be available at the conclusion of all home events for members of the media ONLY!!

Media Credentials
Media credentials are required for access to the scorer's table at both Applebee and Shillingford Fields and Schwartz Gymnasium. Please request credentials 48 hours in advance of the contest. Credentials are limited by space availability, and will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact Jacob Mullins clearly the following:

  • Sport you wish to cover
  • Date of contest you wish to cover
  • The media organization or department you represent
  • Contact information for your assigning editor

Photography Credentials
Only credentialed photographers will be granted field access for photography. Credentials can be applied for through the Assistant Athletic Director for Sports Information. Please contact Jacob Mullins clearly stating the following:

  • Sport you wish to shoot
  • Date of contest you wish to shoot
  • The media organization or department you represent
  • Contact information for your assigning editor
