Bryn Mawr, Pa. – Bryn Mawr's junior varsity tennis team fell to visiting Haverford (JV) 4-5 Tuesday afternoon.
In the #2 singles spot, Marianne Leung defeated Katie Drooyan 5-7, 6-4, 10-7 as Raina Chauhan , in the four spot topped Daphne Papris 4-6, 6-4, 10-7. Amy Rives made light work of Leah Burcat with a 6-2, 6-0 victory in the fifth spot. The score was tied 3-3 after singles play.
In doubles action, the team of Leah Raj and Stephanie Ezeoba (#2), won their match 8-3 over Elle deMoll and Papris.
The JV team finishes their fall season 1-1, as they picked up their first win of the season last Wednesday, beating Rosemont 6-3.
