TENNIS SHUT OUT BY MUHLENBERG

Bryn Mawr, Pa. – Visiting Muhlenberg defeated the tennis team 9-0 Tuesday night in a Centennial Conference showdown on the Main Line.

In doubles, the #1 team of Karen Ginsburg and Marie Sager were defeated 8-5 by Jenn Powell and Carly Rotfeld. The No. 2 team of Melissa Mansh and April Lee as well as No. 3 doubles Leah Raj and Chelsea Miller lost 8-1 in their respective matches.

Number one singles, Ginsburg lost to Druker 6-3,6-4, while Sager and Mansh, in the number two and three slots, fell in their respective matches. Dejdar dropped her match with Winston 6-1, 6-0, as Lee and Raj were defeated at the #5 and #6 spots.
 
In exhibition action, Amanda Preston fell to Amanda Clifford 9-7 while Miller lost to Myah Blazer 6-4,7-5.

Bryn Mawr is now 2-6 overall and 0-3 in conference dual matches. They are back to action this weekend as they travel to Wellesley for the annual Seven Sister Championships.
