Westminster, Md. – Visiting Bryn Mawr defeated host McDaniel 9-0 in Centennial Conference action and the team’s final match of the season.
The No. 1 doubles team of Karen Ginsburg and Anna Dejdar topped Park/Latham 8-2. Mimi Nguyen and Leah Raj teamed up at the number two slot, defeating Johns/Baumgarden 8-3. In the final doubles match, the duo of Melissa Mansh and April Lee won 8-1 over Daniels/Shavirov.
In singles action, Nguyen and Lee blanked their opponents 6-0, 6-0. Dejdar defeated Hartman from the No. 4 spot 6-0, 6-1. At the number one spot, Ginsburg topped Parks 6-2, 2-1, while Mansh defeated Johns 6-1, 6-4, from the third position. At No. 6, Raj won 6-3, 6-4 over Shavirov.
Dejdar, Lee, Mansh, and Sager finished their season on a high note as all four ladies will graduate in May.
Bryn Mawr finishes the season 4-15 overall and 1-9 in league play.
