Assignment
Introduction:
- State in your own words, the main
question of the activity/experiment.
- State in your own words, the relevant
concepts that underlie the main question. In other words, what is your
hypothesis?
- Given the methods and protocol of the
activity, predict the results you expect to observe based on the
assumptions in the hypothesis you formulated above. Be as specific as
possible.
Results:
- Write out the results that pertain to
your hypothesis and predictions. Always
include important data values and references to figures to “show” your
readers what you observed. Embed within
the results excel graphs, tables or illustration with proper figure
legends.
Discussion:
- Discuss the Biological significance of
your results and what the ramifications are for your stated hypothesis
and predictions?
