After spending several years as Director of Recruiting for Susquehanna Investment, she founded Meera Gilbert & Associates, a recruiting firm for the financial services industry.
Dana Niblack, ’93, Managing Director, Perella Weinberg Partners
Dana Niblack is a Managing Director responsible for Asset Management Client Services at Perella Weinberg Partners. Prior to joining Perella Weinberg Partners, Ms. Niblack was the Director of Investor Relations for Citco (Canada) Inc. where she was responsible for building the office’s investor services department. Ms. Niblack held the same role at Citco’s New York office from 2002 – 2004. Prior to joining Citco, Ms. Niblack spent three years in client service at Morgan Stanley Prime Brokerage. Previously, Ms. Niblack held operational roles at Oaktree Capital Management working with the emerging markets hedge funds product (formerly Moon Capital) and for the Global Small Company and Asian Equity products at Scudder, Stevens and Clark. Ms. Niblack serves on the President's Advisory Council of Bryn Mawr College and the Hedge Funds for Habitat-NYC Steering Committee. Ms. Niblack received an A.B. in Mathematics from Bryn Mawr College.
Jamie Higgins, ’98, Goldman Sachs
Jamie Fiore Higgins graduated from Bryn Mawr with a major in mathematics in 1998. Following graduation, she started at Goldman Sachs as an analyst in Global Securities Services in the Securities Division. She became an Associate in 2001 and a Vice President in 2004. She currently manages the US Institutional Supply team responsible for Goldman's major lending institutions covering both US and International securities.
Alexandra Kaufmann, ’04, Pershing Square
Alexandra Kaufmann is vice president of investor relations at Pershing Square Capital Management, L.P., a concentrated research-intensive fundamental value investor in long and occasionally short investments in the public markets. Ms. Kaufmann has been with the fund since 2004 and focuses on client service and new business development with an emphasis on endowments, family offices and high net worth individuals. Ms. Kaufmann graduated cum laude with a B.A. from Bryn Mawr College and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.

Ms. Donohue is the President & CEO of Dental Service of Massachusetts (DSM). Headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, DSM sells commercial dental plans in Massachusetts and commercial and government dental and vision benefit programs nationwide under the name DentaQuest. DSM’s DentaQuest Foundation is the nation’s largest foundation focused on improving oral health, and DentaQuest Institute is a unique organization dedicated to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the delivery of dental care.

Carol Pepper is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Pepper International LLC, a family office located in New York City. Carol is a member of Forbes Intelligent Investing team and writes columns for www.forbes.com. In November 2009, Barron’s named Pepper International as one of the top family offices in the United States. In 2008, Pepper International LLC was awarded the Growth Leadership Award by the Family Wealth Alliance (www.fwalliance.com). Carol was named a 2007 Rising Star in Wealth Management by Institutional Investor News. She managed over $1 billion of private client assets as a Senior Relationship Manager and Portfolio Manager at Rockefeller & Co., the multi-family office formed by the Rockefeller family. As a principal at Morgan Stanley, she was instrumental in creating a web-based virtual family office prototype. Carol graduated cum laude from Bryn Mawr College in 1984 with a BA in philosophy and a minor in Russian language. She obtained an MBA in entrepreneurial studies from Columbia University Business School in 1989. She published her first novel, Beyond Blood, a wealth management thriller, in 2009.
