The Civic Engagement Office (CEO) strives to empower members of our community to be authentically engaged citizens on campus, off campus, and throughout the world. The CEO works to help Bryn Mawr students use their talents as tools for manifesting positive change. One of the goals of the CEO is to bring civic engagement into the center of academic affairs and student life through the development, promotion, and integration of campus-wide civic engagement activities and resources.
Through the sponsorship of certain programs on campus, including the Praxis Program, Community-Based Work Study, LIFT, , LEAP, the EITC/VITA Program, and others, the Civic Engagement Office connects students, faculty, staff, and community partners with one another providing opportunities for direct service, learning, skill development, and partnership.
