A variety of indole and tryptophan derivatives are being made and tested for inhibition of IDO as a potential cancer treatment.  Our collaborators at Lankenau Institute of Medical Research led by Dr. George Prendergast and Dr. Alex Muller perform the biological evaluation of the compounds.
