Children who have experienced early adversity especially need nurturing care
but often behave in ways that push caregivers away. Caregivers' own
attachment experiences often make it difficult for them to provide sensitive
care. Mary Dozier and colleagues have developed an intervention that target
these issues. The development of the intervention and data regarding the
effectiveness of the intervention will be presented in this lecture.
Two continuing education credits associated to this lecture. CEU forms will be made available at the registration table and a ceu processing fee of $10.00 collected the evening of the event.
