BACK TO HOME	Building Name: Central Penn National Bank Building Location: 16th Street at Market Street Year Built: 1969 Building Description: This building was the last to arise in Penn Center. The 36 story tower building was clad in limestone and glass. The building featured a landscaped court at the base with access to the underground concourse that would provide shopping, recreation, restaurants and a gateway to public transportation
