Building Description:

The Municipal Services Building was constructed 265 feet tall with 16 stories of offices for all of the administrative departments of the city. The building was sited asymmetrically on the plot to allow the majority of the site to be a large civic plaza. The offices that provided interface with the custumers were grouped together for ease of the visitors. Visitors could enter the building via the underground concourse level and reach their destination without having to cross busy city streets.
