WENDELL & SMITH/DEVELOPERS OF OVERBROOK FARMS
Now and Then: Around the turn of the century, Wendell & Smith produced an advertising book entitled "Suburban Homes Built by Messrs Wendell & Smith
for their homes in several Philadelphia area suburbs, including Overbrook, Pelham, Wayne and St. Davids. This book is currently housed at the Athenaeum of
Philadelphia. Unfortunately, none of these photos are labeled, making it somewhat difficult to identify all of the houses. Where possible, the advertising photos
