Search for and find two different websites that take history of place as their topic in a serious way. Build and post a webpage with links to each (perhaps on a representative thumbnail), and make some "aide-memoire" notes on the page for presenting in next class: consider what is engaging and effective both in terms of content, in terms of utility and and informational presentation. Comments on design presentation generally of interest, but secondary to informational design.

Thoroughly explore "Places in Time" website.
Look closely at Phila area maps, some historical, and sketch w/ colored markers on a big sheet of paper a simplified sense of its historical and functional geography.
Indiv web précis: (a) land, (b) architects, (c) bldg, (d) images, (e) 2ndary sources, (f) fabric.

b. Show progress with note to professor, w/ URL, indications on what's new since last review.
