Combined Giving Campaign:
Agency Information

AIDS Fund
http://www.aidsfundphilly.org/
"AIDS Fund supports organizations in the Philadelphia Region that provide AIDS and HIV-related services, education and prevention. We do this by organizing volunteers to raise and distribute funds, and through increasing public awareness of HIV/AIDS issues. In 1987, volunteers from Philadelphia’s lesbian and gay community center, Penguin Place, decided to organize a walk-a-thon to support area AIDS agencies and raise public awareness about the disease. The Delaware Valley’s first AIDS Walk raised $33,000. Since then, AIDS Fund has raised more than $11 million and is the largest private funder of AIDS service organizations in the region."

Bread & Roses Community Fund
http://www.breadrosesfund.org/
"Bread & Roses Community Fund is a unique partnership of donors and activists who share a vision of a just society, one in which power and resources are distributed equitably. Bread & Roses has distributed nearly $6 million in grants and technical assistance to support disenfranchised communities in the Delaware Valley that are taking collective action to bring about social change locally and globally. During its 25-year history as a public foundation that supports change, not charity, Bread & Roses has helped grass-roots activists who are working for access to health care, economic justice, a clean environment, civil and human rights, peace, and other progressive issues."

The Environmental Fund for Pennsylvania
http://www.efpa.org
"The mission of the Environmental Fund for Pennsylvania is to educate, promote and broaden the support of 17 nonprofit organizations that work to improve the health of the environment and quality of life for all Pennsylvanians. Since 1991, the fund has raised and distributed close to $1 million for programs that protect our air and water, bring safe food to our tables, build parks and trails for our children to discover and help deserving families with their energy needs. Our goal is to continue to expand opportunities for people to get involved and invest in a brighter, healthier future for everyone throughout the Commonwealth."

United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania
http://www.uwsepa.org/
"United Way, one of the largest, oldest and most respected community-based organizations in our area has a simple way of helping people. We discover the most pressing and critical needs in our community, and then gather the people and resources to meet those needs. We focus on providing essential health and human services to children, youth and adults, and supporting safe and thriving communities and neighborhoods. Our goal is that everyone in our region can reach his or her full potential. United Way dollars and programs touch one in four individuals in our region. You can download a current copy of the complete Donor Choice list in PDF format which will include the codes for entering on your donor form."

WOMENS WAY
http://www.womensway.org
"WOMENS WAY raises money and public awareness to fight for and achieve women’s equality, safety, self-sufficiency and reproductive freedom through women-centered funding, advocacy and education. While continuing to provide critical general operating support to six member agencies, this fall WOMENS WAY will launch its new Community Women’s Fund to support organizations and programs working to address immediate needs while making systemic changes. An annual Women’s Issues Summit for community and nonprofit leaders will guide WOMENS WAY in establishing priorities for the fund, making WOMENS WAY  an even more powerful voice for women!"
