Fellowship Request Forms are to be sent to the Payroll Office by the
submission deadline in order for a check to be processed on the check date
indicated. |

Payments are made on the third Monday of each month, unless Monday is a bank
holiday. In this case, payment will be made on Friday. |

3.
Special requests are made at the convenience of both the Payroll and Accounts
Payable Office. |
