Computing Services consists of User Services, Networking and Systems, Administrative, and the Educational Technology Center. As part of Information Services, we work closely with the Bryn Mawr Libraries in providing easy and instant access to information from around the globe, 24/7.

Contacting the Help Desk

The Information Services Help Desk, located on the first floor of Canaday,  provides service and support for college faculty, staff, and students. The Help Desk provides support for Computing, Telephone Services, and Multimedia. One may contact the Help Desk in a variety of ways:

• walk-in
• enter a technical request online

Help Desk Fall 2009 Hours

• Monday-Thursday 8am-10pm
• Friday 8am-6pm
• Saturday Closed
• Sunday 2pm-10pm

Public Computers on Canaday 1st Floor are available during Canaday Hours. Public Computers on Canaday A Floor (including Media Lab and Lusty Cup) and the Laptop Lounge (formerly Guild Lab) in Guild Basement are available to Bryn Mawr students 24 hours a day.
