Computing Services is a part of the Library & Information Technology Services department and consists of Support Services, Networking and Telecommunications, Systems, Administrative Information Services, and the Multimedia and Audio Visual Services. As part of Library & Information Technology Services, we work closely with the Bryn Mawr College Libraries in providing easy and instant access to information from around the globe, 24/7.

Contacting the Help Desk

The Library & Information Technology Services Help Desk, located on the first floor of Canaday,  provides service and support for college faculty, staff, and students. The Help Desk provides support for Computing, Telephone Services, and Multimedia. One may contact the Help Desk in a variety of ways:

Public Computers on Canaday 1st Floor are available during Canaday Hours. Public Computers on Canaday A Floor (including Media Lab and Lusty Cup) and the Laptop Lounge (formerly Guild Lab) in Guild Basement are available to Bryn Mawr students via OneCard 24 hours a day.
