In order to access Financial Edge, Remote Desktop Connection Client must be installed on your computer. Follow the steps below to install the latest client:

1. Go to http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=68346e0d-44d3-4065-99bb-b664b27ee1f0&displayLang=en

2. Click Download.

3 If you are using Firefox, click Save File.

   Then click Open.

   Then double-click on the Remote Desktop Connection.pkg icon.

4. Follow the directions on the screen to install the client.

5. On the desktop, drag the Remote Desktop Connection icon to the Trash Can.
