There is a 2 megabyte quota limitation on your inbox, and a 10 megabyte limit on the rest of the files in your account, including all mailboxes other than your inbox. If you receive a warning that you are over your inbox quota you should either delete messages from your inbox or move messages to other folders.

Remember that messages with attachments take up a lot more space than other messages. Consider saving attachments to a disk or your hard drive when possible, or limiting the number of messages with attachments that you keep, especially in your inbox.
