iOS (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch): Information Services can help you connect your iOS device (iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad) to Bryn Mawr College's secure wireless network and sync your device to the College's Communication Center.
Windows Phone 7: Information Services can help you get your device connected to the College’s secure wireless network (BrynMawrCollege) and sync your device to the College's Communication Center.
Android: Information Services can help you connect to Bryn Mawr College's secure wireless network (BrynMawrCollege) and can also help you sync your device to the College's Communication Center.
Blackberry: These are not supported devices. Information Services can offer advice for connecting to the College's secure wireless network (BrynMawrCollege), but can provide only generic instructions for wireless and IMAP (to sync your Bryn Mawr College email).
Other cellular devices (Nokia smartphones, etc.): These devices are not supported. Some devices may have the ability to connect to BrynMawrCollege wireless and synchronize (per Zimbra). Others may not be able to sync and may be limited to email access or unable to access Bryn Mawr systems.
Nook: Most of these devices cannot browse to the Network Registration page for BrynMawrGuest wireless nor authenticate on BrynMawrCollege, rendering them unable to access internet content. However, the Nook Tablet is able to connect to BrynMawrCollege and BrynMawrGuest.
Kindle: Most of these devices are able to connect to BrynMawrGuest and register on the Guest network. However, they are not able to authenticate on BrynMawrCollege, so Guest wireless is required. The Kindle Fire is able to connect to BrynMawrCollege and BrynMawrGuest.
