Conferences and Events
The Conferences & Events Office at Bryn Mawr College is dedicated to working with Bryn Mawr faculty, staff, students and external organizations planning events on the campus.
Event assistance can include space reservation, space consultation, catering information and audio/visual/multimedia information.
During the academic year, our office is responsible for Family' Weekend in the fall semester and Commencement during the spring. Additionally, we reserve space on campus for student groups, faculty, staff and external organizations. We also manage reservations for the student kitchen at Cambrian Row.
Summer is comprised of both external and internal conference groups from all over the country. We offer housing, gym facilities, classroom space and dining options.

Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
The Information Desk, located on the main floor of the Campus Center, is staffed by a student worker.
Open 9 a.m. - 12:30 a.m. Monday through Friday; 10 a.m. - 12:30 a.m. Saturday; 12 p.m. - 12:30 a.m. Sunday.
