The form must be returned by April 17, 2009. Priority will be given to rising sophmores, juniors and seniors and those staying on campus for the whole summer.
Conferences and Events is happy to provide housing to a limited number of Bryn Mawr students at a nominal fee.
We cannot gurantee housing to every student who may request it.
MEAL PLAN
Students living on campus during the summer are required by law to have a College Meal Plan. There are two meal plan options, both of which are available on the housing request form. Summer students dine in Haffner Dining Hall.
AIR CONDITIONING
Brecon Hall is not air conditioned. If you would like to rent an air conditioning unit from the Office of Conferences and Events, please let us know when you hand in your housing form.
Air conditioners are stored off campus; therefore, we cannot gurantee the exact dates of delivery or pick-up. We will contact you as soon as we know when the air conditioners are to be delivered or removed.
GYM
If you wish to utilize Schwartz Gym as a summer student, please contact the One Card Office at onecard@brynmawr.edu or at (610) 526 - 5645.
SUMMER HOURS for the College will be posted by the end of May 2009.
