College copying jobs and the following custom stationery products should be ordered through the Office Depot Copy and Print Center. The College has a contract with Office Depot with favorable pricing.
Order Copying jobs and custom stationery products from the Office Depot Copy and Print Center through the BMC E-Market system.
Copy jobs and stationery ordering can now be done through the BMC E-Market system. Please log-in to the E-Market system and select the Office Depot Copy and Print icon under the punch-out sites at the bottom section of the page. This is different than the Office Depot catalogue for purchasing office supplies which is in the top section of the page. Billing will be through the E-Market system just as it is for office supplies. Detailed instructions are listed below.
Complicated Copying Jobs
Complicated copying jobs can still be ordered through the direct Office Depot website. If jobs are changed at the Office Depot print center they may be rejected by the E-Market system and have to be reentered. Therefore, it might be better to use the direct Office Depot website to order complicated copying jobs. To access the direct website select:

College faculty and staff do need to be authorized to use the Office Depot copy system. To learn how to log-in to the system or to be authorized please send an email to Jerry Berenson (jberenso@brynmawr.edu) and list your name, email address, telephone number, building name and department name. Once authorized, you can log-in under the "Registered Customers" section.
Faculty and staff ordering copy jobs will be billed by Office Depot.
Student and personal copying
Faculty, Staff and students can order personal copying jobs at the contracted prices by paying with a credit card. Authorization is not needed to use this system.
