The On-Campus Recruiting Program provides full-time job and internship interviewing opportunities for both undergraduate and graduate students during the fall and spring semesters. Each year our program assists organizations seeking to hire students across a variety of public and private industries. Please contact us to arrange for your campus recruiting needs.
- Information Sessions & Recruiting Events: Campus presentations, featuring one or more of your organization’s representatives, increase your visibility through direct contact with our students. Information sessions are usually held in the evening after the dinner hour in university meeting rooms at no cost. Arrangements for venues, logistics, scheduling and advertisement to students can be handled through us.
- On-Campus Interviews: After listing your opportunities and pre-screening candidates, you are welcome to interview selected candidates on the Bryn Mawr and Haverford campuses. We will work closely with you through our web-based system to craft your schedule and handle interview sign-ups. If you have special requests for audio-visual presentations, testing, or group meetings, please contact us in advance. To provide recruiters with the benefit of recruiting from both Bryn Mawr and Haverford campuses, we alternate your visits from year to year between the campuses.
- Resume Referrals on LanternLink (eRecruiting system): Through LanternLink, Bryn Mawr's on-line recruiting management system, students can submit their applications directly to you. If you are not able to come to campus but would like to review resumes of our students, you can be provided with a password to view these resumes and all supporting materials. Any subsequent interviews are usually arranged between you and the candidate.
