Location:
CSI is located on the Bryn Mawr College campus at 1029 Wyndon Avenue (corner of Roberts Road). It is a 10 minute walk from the Bryn Mawr R5 SEPTA station. Click here for a campus pictorial map as well as a campus access map .
Hours:
Child Study Institute is open from 9:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. on Monday through Thursday, from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. on Friday, and from 9:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. on Saturdays. Other hours may be arranged by appointment with individual staff members. Appointments can be made by calling 610-527-5090.
Payment Policy:
Payment for psychotherapy, educational consultation services, and testing is due when service is rendered. Clients may pay by cash, check, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover). Payment for tutoring sessions is due immediately upon receipt of mailed bill. Psychotherapy and tutoring sessions must be cancelled before 8 A.M. on the scheduled day of service or clients will be charged for that session. For some services, such as Special Education Consultation, a $1000 retainer is required, from which hourly fees are deducted. Parents will be billed at hourly rates when the retainer is exhausted; excess payments will be refunded in full.
Confidentiality:
It is CSI's policy to protect the confidentiality of its clients. No information regarding a client will be released by CSI to any outside agency or professional unless CSI receives written authorization from that client. CSI is fully compliant with all regulations mandated by HIPAA.
