Hours:
Child Study Institute is open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Monday through Thursday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday, and from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturdays. Other hours may be arranged by appointment with individual staff members . Appointments can be made by calling (610) 527-5090.

Payment Policy:
Payment for psychotherapy and testing is due when service is rendered. Clients may pay by cash, check, MAC or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover). Payment for tutoring sessions is due immediately upon receipt of mailed bill. Psychotherapy and tutoring sessions must be cancelled before 8 a.m. or clients will be charged for that session.

Confidentiality:
CSI is compliant with all HPPA regulations. It is CSI's policy to protect the confidentiality of its clients. No information regarding a client will be released by CSI to any outside agency or professional unless CSI receives written authorization from that client.
