Language Proficiency Exam Info-April 2013
If you are a student in the Class of 2013 or 2014 and intend to complete the Foreign Language Requirement by passing a proficiency exam in French, German, Italian or Spanish, please follow the instructions below.
French Proficiency Exam:
The French proficiency exam will be available on-line (Moodle) beginning at 8:00 am on April 10 and ending on April 12 at 11:00 pm. Students who are interested in taking the French Proficiency Exam must must complete an on-line registration form at https://brynmawr.wufoo.com/forms/language-proficiency-exam-registration-form/ by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, April 5.
Please note: Students who are currently enrolled in French 002 Intensive and French 002 Non-intensive DO NOT need to register.
German Proficiency Exam:
The first part of the German Proficiency Exam will be available on-line (Moodle) on Monday, April 8, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Students who pass the first part of the exam will be asked to write a composition on Tuesday, April 9 at 6:00 pm in Thomas Hall 129. Students who are interested in taking the German Proficiency Exam must complete an on-line registration form at https://brynmawr.wufoo.com/forms/language-proficiency-exam-registration-form/ by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, April 5.
Italian Proficiency Exam:
Students who are interested in taking the Italian Proficiency Exam must complete an on-line registration form at https://brynmawr.wufoo.com/forms/language-proficiency-exam-registration-form/ by by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, April 5.
Once your register, you will receive an email with information with instructions.
The first part of the Spanish Proficiency Exam will be available on-line on Monday, April 8, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Students who pass the first part of the exam will be asked to do a translation and write a composition on Tuesday, April 9 at 6:00 pm in Thomas Hall 116. Students who are interested in taking the Spanish Proficiency Exam must complete an on-line registration form at https://brynmawr.wufoo.com/forms/language-proficiency-exam-registration-form/ by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, April 5. Once your register, you will receive an email with information on how to take the on-line part of the exam.
