• Complete New Course Proposal form

• Submit proposals to Joann O’Doherty in Dean’s Office.

• Deadlines:

  o   Submit by October 1,  for Preregistration for Spring 2010
  o   Submit prior to March1,  for Preregistration for Fall 2011

• All proposals must be discussed with the chairperson or coordinator of any counterpart and/or related department/s or program/s at Haverford before being submitted to Curriculum Committee for review.

• Written or emailed responses from chairperson or program director of the counterpart program or department must be appended to this form.

• Include Approval of Department Chair/s. if course is to be listed in more than one department, all appropriate chairs need to send their approval, can be email or written correspondence

NOTE:  Please adhere to the deadlines for submission listed above in order for the course to be included in the Tri-Co Course Guide.
