INTRODUCTION

The Dean’s Leadership Retreat is an opportunity for current campus leaders to gain valuable skills and to network with each other and with College administrators.  A series of workshops will be facilitated by Bryn Mawr College faculty, staff, and students, as well as specialists from the non-College community.  There will be networking events that may include the Dean of the College, the President of the College, and distinguished alumnae.  Some time will be allocated for some semester planning and goal setting, both within and between campus organizations.

The College will cover room and board costs for the duration of the retreat.  For participants who are not involved in additional training before the beginning of the academic year, meal tickets will be provided to the dining hall for the time between the end of the retreat and the opening of the dining halls for the fall semester.  Cost of transportation to the College will be the responsibility of the student.
