Learn more about fellowships that may provide funding for study abroad, summer research and study, and post-graduate study, research, and travel. Note: many of the fellowships that will be discussed require US citizenship.

Choosing a Major
Learn more about how to explore possible majors, consult with major advisers, and use minors, electives, and or concentrations to expand your areas of focus.

If you have serious interests in an area that does not fit within any existing departmental major, you may want to consider developing an Independent Major. Come to this session to learn more about the process.

Preregistration: Figuring Out Your Priorities
As a first-semester sophomore, you're no longer required to have a preregistration advising appointment with your dean. If you find yourself needing some guidance, come to this session prepared to hear not just from a dean but from more experienced students and from your fellow sophomores as well.
