The Bryn Mawr Campus Climate Assessment focused on four dimensions of social identity: race/ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation and class, and all participants (students, faculty, and staff) were asked to reply to a series of questions that allowed them to report their perceptions relative to the four dimensions. We envision the CCA as an iterative enterprise, and thus this initial effort will be followed by subsequent surveys that explore other dimensions of the "lived experience" of members of the Bryn Mawr community.
The following documents and videos are drawn from the discussions that accompanied the process of sharing the CCA results with the Bryn Mawr College community.
