Faculty Academy
The 2006 Faculty Academy has wrapped up, but they have a blog with some information on the sessions, comments, and more. I'm hoping to make it to next year's. It looks really great.

Laura,
We wish you where there as well, especially after seeing your unbelievable work with podcasting and blogs with professor Francl's Chemistry class.
As for the UMW conference, the podcasts from Faculty Academy 2006 are slowly trickling in, and the Jon Udell talk should be available on tap anyday now. His discussion about 21st Century Literacy was very cool -as were many, if not all, of them sessions.
Anyway, just thought I would drop a line and say hi, given that I follow your blog regularly. I must confess that I was just struck to see the FA 2006 show up on your radar. Now this shouldn't strike me since this technology is engineered to make these very connections possible, and I am paid to prosletize about this very element of these technologies -nonetheless, it still does strike me sometimes! Strange.
