Work within a Student Room
When requesting work, you will need to state whether or not Facilities Services personnel may enter the room without the occupant present. If the occupant wishes to be present, the work will be scheduled as soon as practicable.
At times, College personnel may be required to enter a room as part of the process of solving a facilities issue that affects all or part of the building. If a room must be entered without advance knowledge of the resident (e.g., a burst pipe during winter break), a note will be left on the student's door. The note will state that the room was entered, by whom and for what reason.

- If a dorm room is involved: please indicate whether or not Facilities Services has permission to enter the room without the occupant(s)
