Deadlines
Listed below are the deadlines for the 2011-12 Academic Year.
The internal deadline is when your application is due to the Undergraduate Dean's Office. The Marshall, Mitchell, Rhodes, Watson, and Fulbright have two internal deadlines listed: the first is for a preliminary application; the second for the official internal application. The external deadline is the date that your final application is due to the awarding institution.
This means that you need to have your final application to Dean Mancini at least two business days before the external deadline to ensure timely receipt because the Dean's Office actually sends the applications to the insitutions, not the applicant. This is not the case for all fellowships, but is for the majority of opportunities.
Please be aware that most institutions do not accept late applications.
