Caroline McCormick Slade, Class of 1896, was a leader—an activist for women’s rights and for the future of Bryn Mawr. Recognizing that excellence cannot be achieved without adequate resources, she led every fundraising campaign during Bryn Mawr’s first 50 years.
Founded in 2001, the Caroline McCormick Slade Society honors those who affirm their commitment to Bryn Mawr’s mission through leadership giving to the Annual Fund. The generosity of Slade Society members, each of whom give $2,500 or more to the Annual Fund, makes excellence and innovation possible for the current generation of students and faculty.
Building a more robust Annual Fund depends on the growth of leadership annual giving. The Annual Fund provides current resources to help meet campaign priorities for student and faculty support and to launch new initiatives without jeopardizing existing programs.
Thanks to many generous alumnae/i, parents, and friends, we are on the path to success. Your leadership gift will keep the College on this path, and create new opportunities for students and faculty of today.
