The Nurse Practitioners in the Gyn clinic are committed to providing you with the information you need to make intelligent decisions about your health care needs. Our goal is to create a warm, comfortable environment that promotes a trusting relationship between you and the Nurse Practitioner.

In the Gyn clinic, we take the time to explain things to you and answer your questions. There is no limit to the number of visits you can have every year. The cost of visits is covered by the school undergraduate health insurance, however there are fees associated with some tests and medications.

The services we provide include:

• routine annual exams
• diagnosis and treatment of vaginal infections
• diagnosis and treatment of common menstrual irregularities
• sexuality counseling
• testing and treatment of sexually transmitted infections
• birth control counseling,
• provision of most birth control methods, including emergency contraception
• pregnancy tests and pregnancy options counseling
